PAE provided full design for four mid-rise mixed-use buildings above the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station. The mixed-use complex contains a total of 421 residential units between the each of the five-story wood framed buildings and 39,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. Three of the buildings also included below grade parking.
