As the Director of Learning and Development, Natalie helps to create, provide, and support a learning culture for our company. With over 20 years in the industry, she leads the department in the curation of innovative tools, efficient systems, and relevant curriculum to inspire continuous educational goals across eight service sectors and nine operational categories to carry out PAE's vision.
