Measuring at 381 feet tall, 1640 Broadway is a 35-level mixed-use residential tower project along 17th Street and Broadway in Oakland, CA. Offering over 250 units, the tower includes a rooftop amenity deck with pool, parking and bike storage, and ground floor retail space. At the time of completion, this was Oakland's tallest residential building.
