Special features

  • Radiant floor heating is extremely comfortable, lasts the life of the floor slab, decreases operating costs, reduces refrigerants, and contributes to the overall beauty.

  • Passive systems help create a resilient community building, and rooftop solar panels and a battery storage system support operating off grid if needed.

  • Air source heat pumps and decoupled heating and cooling reduces energy consumption.

  • Careful coordination with architects to “hide” engineering systems for a beautiful finish and an emphasis on biophilic design.
