The multifamily residential project replaced a block-length towing yard, and utilizes the city-sponsored Supportive Housing fund (Prop HHH) providing much-needed options for homeless and low-income seniors.
The project includes two levels of residential units above a below-grade parking structure, and three levels of residential units on the street level. Upper level courtyards are dispersed throughout the distinctive landscaping and compliment the modernist architecture.
Special Features
- Rooftop solar panels reduce energy used for heating the building’s domestic hot water.
- Occupancy sensors for lighting and ventilation help reduce energy use.
