To accommodate rapid growth in the Beaverton School District, this high school is built on a greenfield site and includes academic curriculum space including culinary learning space, auditoriums, and laboratories with an expansive courtyard that doubles as an outdoor classroom space.

School is designed to host community events, and can be used as an emergency shelter for increased community resiliency.
To help the project team achieve the owner’s energy savings goals, PAE performed life cycle analysis of envelope and worked closely with the project team to optimize energy use within the demands of the project budget.
