The Reser turned an empty wetland-straddling property into a thriving arts center that now offers a welcoming community gathering place and a beacon for cultural connections.
Special Features
At night, color tunable, concealed LED sources glow and activate the wood core wrapping the theater, guiding patrons into the double height lobby and providing a dynamic backdrop for events.
The mechanical and plumbing systems are tied into the City of Beaverton’s central chilled water and heating plant for efficiency.
Underfloor air distribution in the auditorium for maximum thermal comfort, as well as a 100% dedicated outside air system (DOAS) for healthy indoor air quality.
